Balanced Alignment Ayurveda is an unincorporated medical church/ministry rooted in Christ focused on healing. All information, products, and services are strictly for use by members of our PMA (private membership association) and individuals acting in their private capacity.

By being here and interacting with our website and services, you’re affirming your membership or interest therein.

Balanced Alignment Ayurveda is a spiritual church reliant upon a faith in nature and nature’s God.

Private Membership Association Acknowledgement

All products, services, and information provided by Balanced Alignment Ayurveda are offered exclusively to:

  • Private members of our unincorporated private ecclesiastical ministry; or

  • Individuals acting in their private, non-public capacity in alignment with the spiritual intent of our mission.

By engaging with Balanced Alignment Ayurveda in any way—whether by purchasing products, receiving services, or accessing information—you affirm that you do so voluntarily, privately, and in honor, and that you are not acting on behalf of any agency, government entity, or regulatory body.


Spiritual and Ecclesiastical Nature

All activities of Balanced Alignment Ayurveda are conducted within the ecclesiastical jurisdiction established in the Charter and Bylaws of our ministry.
We are a private, spiritual association, and all interactions are matters of:

  • Faith and belief

  • Spiritual service and practice

  • Religious healing and ministry

No part of our ministry’s activity is intended to be interpreted as secular, public, or commercial healthcare or commerce.


No Public Offer or Contract

Nothing provided by Balanced Alignment Ayurveda is offered to the general public. No information, statement, or product constitutes an offer to contract in the public domain or under state or federal jurisdiction.

All offerings are extended only in the context of our private ecclesiastical mission and to those who knowingly and willingly engage with us in that capacity.


Jurisdiction and Notice

By choosing to interact with Balanced Alignment Ayurveda, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You are operating within a private, ecclesiastical setting

  • You are not seeking services or remedies under public law

  • You agree to the terms and spiritual framework outlined in the Balanced Alignment Ayurveda Bylaws/Charter

If at any point you do not agree with these terms, you are asked to discontinue all interactions and refrain from using any products, services, or materials from this ministry.

Program Description

By opting into any Balanced Alignment Ayurveda text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) to your mobile number. Balanced Alignment Ayurveda text messages may include: appointment reminders, account alerts and marketing communications.

Opting Out

If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply to the text with “STOP.” You may receive an SMS message confirming your opt out.

Message and Data Rates

Please be aware that message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. The rates are determined by your carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan.

Messaging Content & Automation

Opt-Out Handling: (If applicable) Balanced Alignment Ayurveda’s platform will make reasonable efforts to honor standard opt-out requests from End Customers. For example, if an End Customer replies “STOP” to an SMS, the system may automatically flag that number to prevent further texts, and similarly, unsubscribe links in emails will prevent further emails. However, ultimate compliance with opt-out requests is the Client’s responsibility. The Client should regularly monitor any notifications of opt-outs and ensure such contacts are not inadvertently re-uploaded or contacted through other means in violation of their request. No Liability for Message Outcomes: Balanced Alignment Ayurveda does not guarantee that an End Customer will positively receive or act upon any message.
